Select Button: Numero Uno

Hello there, curious connoisseurs of the culture comical. My name is Reyes Reyes III, and no, that is not a typo. And this is Select Button, my little soapbox for nerd culture. Unfortunately, I do not have an opening chapter of material to rant on. You see, my intentions for Select Button is to take your comments and answer whichever one I could find myself ranting on in a day, hopefully to make a new rant every other day, but I might just stick to 3 a week. Now what kind of comments do I encourage? Well, that's simple. Anything revolving around nerd culture that you want answers on.

Examples:

• You give me your favorite Pokemon and I'll tell you an ideal movelist for that Pokemon, and an ideal team set-up for it. I will even dig in deep and keep it in the current generation unless you want a specific generation. I know TONS about Pokemon and any opportunity to impart that knowledge on someone would be appreciated.
• Give me an matchup between any two fictional characters from any medium. I'll look them up, take down their strengths and weaknesses and slap them together all The Deadlest Warrior style (you'll have to do the voice in your head unfortunately).
• Give me your favorite fighter from any fighting game that you wish to get better at and I will help you out with a detailed informative piece about characters they can work with, what moves to focus on, and some ideal combos I'd use with that character. Note, I don't have a limit to any fighting game you can come up with, I like the challenge.
• Ask me about your favorite comic book character and what I feel about them. I like sounding off on characters that are mistreated by the public and some characters who deserve it.
• Ask about your favorite anime and what i think of it, and what anime I would suggest based on what your favorite is. You'd be surprised how much I know.
• State your favorite archetype or strategy in either Yu-Gi-Oh or Magic the Gathering and I will make a whole decklist for you as well as counter-strategies for those who want to fight against it or you can strengthen against it.
  
• Anything about nerd culture you want a question answered on that would make for a good piece on this Hub. I'm all ears.

To give you a bit of background about me, here we go. You know my name and all, so I'll skip that. I'm from Tobyhanna, PA and I am really really bored. I just got out of college (Johnson and Wales University) for Computer Graphics and New Media, so I love Adobe! I am a big-time comic buff, with my favorites being Spider-Man and X-Men comics, but I fell out of love with DC when they killed Blue Beetle....again...but I will be impartial in my judgment of DC Comics, I promise. I was a president of an anime club at Johnson and Wales University, and I still play trading card games (I'm 23, still have plenty of life to live before I stop). I love music, it keeps me awake through my narcolepsy. I try to get involved in as many tournaments as I can, especially in fighting video games and trading cards, so any advice I give will be as sound as I can offer.
